Please note that creating serial numbers is not an automated process if you use PayPal, but you will normally receive your registration and link to download the final version within a few hours. Unless you specify otherwise, the name and email address associated with the registration will be whatever is listed on the order.

Also, please put "synchrimedia@gmail.com" on your email list of approved senders so your serial number is not filtered into your Junk mail. This happens quite often!

In the event that you cannot use PayPal for some reason, you may use the Share-it purchase form or the Google Checkout purchase form instead. Either of these will also allow you to purchase multiple copies at once. Please email "synchrimedia@gmail.com" if your company requires a purchase order and payment via check.

MovieCaptioner comes with a 14 day free trial. By purchasing MovieCaptioner, you are responsible for having tested the software and finding that it works for your needs. No refunds can be issued once a serial number has been sent to the purchaser.
